Luggage Information
- Baggage Regulations for Ferry Tickets Starting June 1st:
- Carry-on Baggage/Self-Service Baggage Drop:
- Each passenger can carry 2 pieces, with a total weight not exceeding 27 kg.
- Each passenger with a child's ticket can bring 2 pieces of luggage, with a total weight not exceeding 17 kg.
- Infant tickets do not include carry-on baggage allowance.
- Baggage Check-in:
- Each passenger is allowed a maximum of 2 checked baggage items, with a total weight not exceeding 20 kg. Items exceeding this limit will not be accepted.
- Each piece of luggage must not exceed 20 kilograms; the total length + width + height of each piece must not exceed 180 centimeters, and the longest side must not exceed 80 centimeters.
- Fees: No charge for baggage weighing 10 kg (inclusive) or less. Baggage exceeding 10 kg (from the 11th kg to the 20th kg) will incur an excess weight fee. (Excess weight fees are paid on-site; it is not possible to purchase additional baggage weight online. Fees are calculated based on on-site prices, approximately NT$15-20/kg, depending on the route.)

- Please ensure that the information entered for your Passport/Taiwan Compatriot Permit/Mainland Resident Travel Permit to Taiwan/Mainland Identity Card/Hong Kong and Macao Resident Travel Permit to the Mainland is accurate. Incorrect information will result in denied ticket redemption and no refund will be issued.

- Senior Ticket: Valid for ages 65 and over
- Senior, disabled, and child ticket holders must provide identification to the supplier to complete the booking. After placing your order, please check your email and reply with the required information!
- Mainland Chinese tourists need to confirm that their Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan has a G endorsement and that the Entry Permit application has been completed.
Redemption information
- Present your printed voucher and exchange it for a physical pass at the Ticket Office
- If you wish to reserve a specific seat, you must arrive at the ticket office at least 60 minutes before boarding time.
- Flight ticket: Please present your ID card or passport (please ensure that it is still valid).
- Ferry Tickets: Please present your passport and Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents (Please ensure that the validity is sufficient. If you are unable to board the ferry on the day of departure due to an unqualified visa, no refunds will be issued as this is due to human error).
