It was a great deal with decent dim sum. we took 3 small children with us and they really love their shrimp dumplings. The restaurant is spacious and the staff are friendly.
This is my second time to have Dim Sum buffet in this restaurant. The food and service are maintain in high level. Good job.
Quality of food is great. Many selections of dim sum can be chosen. the environment is also quiet and comfortable.
Having tried the dim sum many times, I can confirm that the service, environment and food are of the same standard. The food portion is just right and will not be wasted. You can try all the food.
Buy 2 get 2 free discount is a great deal! Both the service and food quality are better than expected👍🏻, worth recommending👍🏻There will be next time!
The food quality is satisfactory, the service is first-class, the hotel environment is comfortable, buy two get two free, and it can also be used on Saturdays for food.
The environment and place are comfortable. The staff take orders and follow up. The quick snacks are hot enough and taste good. There are many varieties to choose from. I will definitely help you again next time I have the opportunity.
The patronage was on a Saturday morning and it wasn't full. When I entered the venue, the female staff member spoke to me but only looked at the computer screen and the documents on the stage, without making eye contact the whole time. A male waiter came over to take orders. I asked how many cages of shrimp dumplings and how many cages of siomai. Then he said, "Why don't you tell me how many pieces? Our dim sum is calculated piece by piece." There was nothing wrong with him saying this, but his tone was very direct and without a smile, as if I didn't know that the dim sum was ordered one by one and it was my fault. When I was ordering the barbecued pork, I asked him how many pieces a plate was, intending to see how many plates I would order. Unexpectedly, he said, "I can't count. I'm going to scare the chef and order it. Hey, you're not surprised enough. I ordered four plates." "Hey." This experience greatly affects your interest in subsequent meals. Later, I saw that the undressed male waiter had a friendly attitude towards the guests at the next table and smiled. From his words, I believed that the waiter was a regular customer. Therefore, if you are not a regular customer, you may want to pay attention, or the hotel may consider setting up a membership system to only entertain regular customers, so that we know that we do not need to consider this restaurant. In terms of food, the fried ones are better than the steamed ones, and the barbecued pork has no surprises as expected. Will you go again? This kind of service attitude in a hotel of this star rating...
Buy two get two free, the average price per person is about 250, basically tried all the dim sum, the taste is OK, Laohuo soup, barbecued pork, shrimp dumplings, siu mai are average, based on the quality of the hotel, there are better options at regular prices !
The waiter did not serve the food for 20 minutes after taking the order, while other diners who were seated later had already been served several times. We followed the order to the waiter, only to receive a reply that the order had been placed. They also tried to give us some snacks that we had not ordered, and finally followed up with the manager, only to find out that the order had not been placed due to a technical error. After the correction, it took a total of half an hour for two dim sums to be served, and after finishing the meal, it took another 15 minutes for other dim sums to be served. The staff replied that the problem was because the kitchen had difficulty digesting too many orders at one time. Since the meal time is only two hours, such a mistake has delayed nearly half of the time, and the family members who have not eaten breakfast can only starve. I originally chose to have morning tea in the hotel to celebrate my family's birthday, but I didn't expect that there was a serious problem of missed orders, which made me very disappointed. In fact, I was very satisfied with the quality of the dishes and the environment. In the end, the waiter apologized and all the staff provided attentive and courteous services. I really don’t want to give a negative review and make it difficult for the staff. I feel that the problem this time is that there is not enough manpower to cope with the situation. For intensive orders, it is recommended to introduce self-service order placement
