THANN Sanctuary Spa at Emporium Experience in Bangkok

Thann is the only internationally recognized spa brand, and its services follow a set procedure and standard. This time, I purchased a Facial Treatment, but the body massage and facial massage times were quite similar. If you're specifically looking for a facial massage, you might be a little disappointed.

The department store is huge, and the counter floors aren't clearly marked. I was searching around for a while and got so tired... Please take the elevator next to Fendi to the 5th floor. The masseuse's movements were very gentle, but at one point, they seemed to be dozing off. Overall, it was still okay. After the massage, there was mango to eat. I remember they used to offer coconut 🥥. They also gave a free sunscreen, so it was a great deal!

This time I had an essential oil massage. The therapist's technique was excellent and very attentive. Overall, the service was outstanding!

I have visited many times before and chose this branch this time because they have double rooms. It's top-notch Thai massage, and I will definitely choose Thann again on my next trip to Thailand.

Masseuse: Great technique, highly recommended! The whole experience was very pleasant, and the service was extremely considerate of the guests' feelings. Combined with the good quality of service, I recommend it!

excellent massage skills, great location, smooth and welcoming check in process, highly recommend!!

everything is nice. it is designated lift to arrive. mall open at 10am so no need to go early if u book 10am session

Wonderful relaxing environment! Spectacular massage and very attentive masseuse. Will definitely come back again!

The therapist's technique is excellent, with strong hands and accurate acupoint location, which effectively releases stiff muscles. Although some areas may feel sore during the process, it's a "good pain" sensation. After the massage, the whole body feels much lighter, the shoulders and neck are much more relaxed, and the sleep quality has also improved.

As expected of a spa located within the hotel, everything from the facilities, atmosphere, amenities, to the therapists is satisfactory! However, don't set your expectations too high!!
