Our room was very spacious. Good breakfast. There is a bar that provides hamburgers and such, along with cocktails. Easy walk to the colosseum and right near the subway to catch to go to the Vatican.

Our second time here. A little eclectic but ticks all our boxes. A 10 minute walk from Termini station. 2 minute walk from the Metro (Vittorio Emanuele). 25 minute walk to Colosseum - or any of the usual spots. Bars, restaurants and mini-marts in the surrounding streets. Nice breakfast. Happy to help staff.

The gym area is not air conditioned so time your workout accordingly. The toilet in our room was emitting sewer gases. It was fine as long as we kept the bathroom door closed but it was not very pleasant to be in the bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood had some great restaurants and was an easy walk to the colosseum and Roman Forum.

Location steps away from underground Metro station. Can get to everything easily to see Rome. Staff very helpful. Layout of old hotel makes getting luggage into the room somewhat challenging....but would not stop me from going again.

Good location, the room was ok but the appearance was old and poor maintenance. The lift is not suitable for old people and women because is It's very cramped and there are two elevators, the first one goes from the reception to the common floor and then there's another elevator that goes from the common floor to the apartments.
