Booked this staycation for my parents over the Mother's Day weekend. Location: we chose this because it's near Changkat Bukit Bintang where we hung out for 2 days. Check-in: we managed to get the room before 1pm. Studio suite: it's huge with everything one might need, except for a washing machine. AC was quiet and working well, lighting was good, bedsides charging points available, full kitchenette, big clean 2-door fridge. Bathroom with a tub and shower was big and clean. Good quality towels. Just one thing - 2 chairs should be provided for the mini dining table, instead of just 1. Lobby: free water filter with cold and hot water. Parking: enter car park without any card or ticket, and validate the parking at the reception before exiting car park. Facilities: limited - the rooftop swimming is small but sufficient.

I love this hotel. Spacious,clean,comfortable and cozy. Me and my friend went bukit bintang Rain RAVE and this hotel is just beside the place. Only 8min walk. It come with free parking and we picked free breakfast option. The buffet breakfast is quite nice to try.

Hotel is located in the business area and food and supermarket were very close to the hotel. From the moment we arrived, staff greeted and helped us on our luggauges. checking-in was very convenient. superb srvice. Room is beautiful and the utensils were complete. view from the room werd the buildings, but you have to go down and walk to experience the culture. hotel common area were very clean and staff were very respectful and professional. One of the best-valued hotel we experience and definitely a 5star recommendation.

The rooms were very nice and space is adequate enough for 3-4 people. Check in was smooth and my friends enjoyed their stay here. Its in a conveniet location and there were convenient stores across the street. The staff were very polite and it seems quite a lot of tourist opt to stay here for its location.
