hotel location: Location is excellent. This is near the namsan tower and the myeongdong night market. Walking distance to a lot of establishments. transport access: Near the train station and very convenient cleanliness: It was clean service: They only offer 1 room cleaning service and that is only if you are staying with them for 5nights. We stayed with them for more than that but did not avail it because the room was a bit small and our big luggages could only fit just right. Most of the things you need like towels, toiletries, and other stuff you have to get yourself to the lobby. THERE IS NO BIDET. Which we were aware ahead of time so we are ready but something to note if that is non-negotiable to you. service: Reception understands and speaks english well. Easy to communicate with.

Very approachable staff and the place is accessible all the place since it was near on the Subway (Hyeon Station) clean and decent room. I will book this again soon.
