Room was spectacular. Housekeeping did a phenomenal job. The staff at the restaurant were fine but not very on top of drink refills. They also would not let us sit at a table for drinks because it was for “eating only”

Lovely hotel but has seen better days. In need of refurbishment. The A/C in our room was very weak & the shower was broken. The room was really spacious & very comfortable bed. Unfortunately our room overlooked the railway line which obviously increased the noise levels. The staff were very friendly & competent. The pool area wasn't particularly clean & the men's steam room wasn't working.

Very Dirty and Nowhere Near 5-Star Standard We stayed at The Chelsea Harbour Hotel & Spa for two nights, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. The room was not clean, with visible dust, and there were even pieces of glass on the balcony—very concerning as we were travelling with two young children. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, uneven, and not fit for use. During our stay, the shower stopped working mid-use, and the air conditioning also didn’t work during one of the hottest weeks in the UK. After threatening to check out, we were moved rooms, but the second room had the same issues—the shower still didn’t work, and the sofa bed was even worse. The spa was very disappointing and unhygienic. There were no towels available, and we were told to go back to our room to get some, which is unacceptable for a supposed 5-star hotel. Service was poor throughout. Staff seemed disorganised and inattentive, and requests were not properly handled. The only positives were the good location and nice breakfast. Overall, this felt closer to a 3-star hotel. I would not return, especially with children.

After an initial problem with the room, the manager offered us an upgrade. One of our fav hotels. Great location over looking the marina and Thames. Looks like restaurant had a refit since we were last there. Swimming pool is excellent although could do with a bit of decorating. Will be going back. Watch out for parking charges at nearby design centre. Cheaper to book than turn up and pay.

This is easily the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. We had three rooms and none of them had working AC, we booked king beds suites and all the rooms had twin beds pushed together. The heat and the gap in the bed made this worse than a travelodge. On top of this, the design of the rooms is extremely backwards, there’s no space in the room, the bathroom has a weird skinny shape, the shower room opened against the door and could barely move inside the shower. The toilet had a door stop right where your feet are, and overall the staff was not helpful or caring. It was my birthday stay and they ruined it. Oh and there’s building works going on outside so if you’re on any floor between 1-4 you’ll be woken up at 6 am

Spa facilities are in need of redecoration. Booked a 3 bed Suite yet they wanted to charge for a third bed. The security /doorman were lovely- the friendliest of the staff. Cucumbers water in the lobby was good.
