The location is great if you are exploring the Myeongdong area. The staff was incredibly helpful even prior to the trip. I emailed them because we had an early morning check in and they gave directions so clearly.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mido in Myeongdong. The location is perfect—just a short walk from Myeongdong Station, which makes it super easy to get around Seoul and explore the city. Despite being close to the bustling area, the hotel itself is situated on a quiet street, which made for a peaceful and restful stay. One of the added bonuses was the convenience of a CU convenience store nearby, perfect for grabbing snacks or essentials. The room was surprisingly spacious for a hotel in this area, and it was spotlessly clean, with all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff were also fantastic—friendly, helpful, and always available to assist with any questions or requests. Another highlight was the lovely coffee shop in the lobby, which offered a great place to relax or grab a quick coffee before heading out for the day. Overall, Hotel Mido offered excellent value for money, and I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to Seoul!

Honestly, awesome location for Seoul! Was tripping distance from Hoehyeon Station (Line 4), and was only like 500m walk from Myeongdong Station too! CU right next door, and a 24 hour food spot just down the road made it the best. Room was a surprise - my window was behind a cupboard looking thing, which meant next to no view but the window did open which was nice. Enough space for me, might be a bit tight for two but can make do. The staff are absolutely lovely as well - super friendly, and super helpful. Great stay!! Will definitely pick again if ever back in Seoul.
