conveniently located beside the shopping mall. however abit steep for taiping standard but this is the only international hotel. good breakfast variety

While the hotel is advertised as a 4- or 5-star establishment, I question whether the level of service truly aligns with the standards one would expect from a hotel in that category. The attentiveness and professionalism of the front desk personnel left me with some doubts about their ability to consistently deliver a 4- or 5-star experience.
