Good location, nice city view and the room is clean and tidy. Highly recommend to my friend and family.

I had to change the dates of my stay, and the staff was kind enough to help me with that,although the process was quite troublesome for them, I believe. +The staff were super friendly. +The lobby/lounge area was almost occupied with incoming guests(Weekend) +The room was very spacious, equipped with stove & water boiler and other basic amenities. +Facilities were great. +The location was close enough to walk around to Petaling Street, Bukit Bintang areas and other parts of attractions as well as cafés. +Grab food was allowed +Parking space was available(we stayed 3days 2nights, RM10 parking fee) +TV & Netflix was available +Great view at the pool area +Might have come herw again for a short stay in KL. The only minor setback was probably: -The cleanliness of the bedsheets and throwing pillows' covers. -The bedsheet and the chill out area near the window weren't as neat as we anticipated as the sheets and pillow covers had some stains and weren't neatly prepared. It really was just a minor setback, nevertheless it would be really nice to have neat and clean sheets prepared. Other than that, it was a great stay.
