great location outside busy hakata 😍 only a few minutes walk from ohori park and seaside park! near subway station, bus stops, museum, and convenience stores. i love the hearty breakfast. the room and toilet & bath are clean, with towels and linens changed everyday. the staff are helpful and nice. Fukuoka is lovely place, less crowded but has everything you’ll need ❤️

location is near airport subway line. (not directly to the international departure airport) still need to take bus in hakata station. i prefer our hostel near hakata station during our first few nights much more convenient in that area because jr station is in hakata. however this hotel is near ohori park which is super nice and chill. if using jr pass and going far everyday, better look near hakata station area so it will be more cost efficient. about the hotel, looks and feels very old and sad. i did not realize i booked a japanese style room so the setup was in the floor. it was very hard to find a cheap place in hakata during the time i was booking so i booked this hotel. for the price i paid, its ok. the front desk lady was very helpful and kind. provides kimono for use and simple bread breakfast. they can also keep your luggage after checkout free. *in the photo, we stacked the 2 foams together because we were already arranging our luggage during the time i took this photo. there isnt any space to put luggage when the bed is arranged for 2. shower area is very cramped, and water temperature is very hard to arrange. either too hot or too cold.
