My Twin Room · 1 Adults · 2 Nights

5 star in all aspects. Cleanliness, services and many to mention. They clean the room everyday and the staff will guide you when you have questions. its not hard to communicate with their front desk since they know how to speak english fluently. Other than that, its accessible NU Sentral and food stalls are just nearby, also laundry is just walking distance. recommend this hotel for long stay in Kualu Lumpur, i just felt safe here compared to other hotels that I changed due to cleanliness issues.

fast check in, very helpful helpdesk staff, friendly cleaning staff. the room was clean, just the towel provided is not that clean as it looks dirty to me (got some stain) .. toilets is spacious, clean. toiletries provided but better bring yours. there's no condiment provided (only mineral water, heating jar, and only a glass) .. might be staying again there definitely.
