Clean room with hardwood floor and modern decor. Staffs are friendly and prompt on fixing a small shower issue. Breakfast is good(standard Italian type, adding fruit will be a plus). Communication before the stay is quick and clear. Luggage storage before the check-in and after the checkout is a big plus.

Terrible! We booked 3 rooms in January 9th, 2026. Our friends arrived on April 24th, 2026 and got rooms in the "main" part of the hotel, but when my husband and I arrived at the property on April 26th, 2026, there were no rooms available in the "main" hotel. They gave us a key, and the "room" was in an area that wasn’t a hotel: we have to walk 100 meters in the street and find a brown gate, at the entrance through this gate, there was an elevator, and next to that elevator were 2 large garbage cans, bad smel, no lobby. Completely isolated. We went back to the lobby and the attendant told that there were only rooms in that area. After many complains the attendant gave us a smaller room for 4 nights, and on the last night we would have to change the room because the guest from “my room” will have a check in so, he said we have room just in that horrible place. We left the hotel even though we had one night left to complete our booking.

Great

Solo stay

On the plus side the Piemonte Hotel is conveniently close to Roma Termini, nice restaurants and bars, my room clean, the bed comfortable. O On the minus side, the room I was in (220) could do with quite a bit of updating and needs general maintenance ie light switch plate hanging off the wall, evidence of rust in the bathroom towel rail, overflow unit in the bath missing etc

Great

Solo stay

I stayed at the hotel for two nights in a comfortable room in what the hotel calls its Annex. It's a separate building across the street from the hotel's main building. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, a desk with a built-in fridge, and an armoire with a safe. The mini-split heating/cooling unit did not work. Thankfully, it was neither too hot nor too cold in the room. One of the ceiling lights over the desk also did not work. Breakfast needed to be purchased purchased at an additional Euro 5.00 per day, since it was not included in my room rate, and was served in the main building. The breakfast buffet was Italian/continental style and was quite decently stocked. I would consider the hotel again when I will be back in Rome.

Fantastic

The staff here were so friendly and helpful. Our particular room was a part of their annexed area and the gentleman walked us outside and showed us the way. When we checked out we had hours to kill before our train and they allowed us to leave our bags there in a secure space. They also offer a decent breakfast for 5€ per person. I was happy with our accommodations.

Fantastic
Very clean and very elegant being it appeared to be a building built in the early 1900. It was almost being place in a Time Machine when life was simpler
