For business

Front desk staff were not as welcoming as expected for a supposed higher end hotel. The interior was a little old and tired. Rooms were the same as when I stayed in 2016. And the restaurant was the same as in 2016, expensive and cold food. Overall disappointing experience, compared to my first few visits in 2012-2016, when everything was newer and the staff were friendlier.

We stayed here for a wedding and it was the most convenient and amazing stay! The rooms were clean and very comfortable! It was a short trip in a taxi to the city centre with lots to do!

I had a residential suite which was very roomy. Coming from the US, don’t forget adapter for the power outlets as all outlets have the typical Korean setup
