Great

We were disappointed with the restaurant, dark and dingie. The food was average , we went back the special goats cheese and cherries, served on soggy chewy bread. The expensive wine we order was just plonked on the table for us to help ourselves, with out sounding like a princess I expect the wine to be served and topped up as and when on a quality establishment such as The Four Seasons. I didn’t understand why the blinds were kept down on a beautiful evening, it made the dining room dark and moody - which is fine on a winders evening but not when there is blue sky and view of the harbour . Over all very disappointed and would not recommend- there are nicer places to eat in Seattle. Front desk were helpful and all the staff delightful. Pool and spa were also excellent. Would I return? Probably not - I think there are possibly same quality properties available with the Four Seasons price tag.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Four Seasons Hotel in Seattle, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. From the moment we arrived, Gun and his team in customer service went above and beyond to ensure our stay was extraordinary. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly stood out. We were greeted with little treats and thoughtful accommodations that added a special touch to our trip. It’s these personal touches that transformed our stay into a memorable experience that we will cherish. Whether it was helping with our reservations or providing recommendations for local attractions, Gun and his crew were always there, making us feel valued and cared for. Their dedication to excellent customer service makes our visits to Seattle more meaningful, and I can confidently say that the investment in staying at the Four Seasons is always a win. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming stay. I can't wait to return!

We truly cannot wait until we have another opportunity to stay here! Staff was exceptional in attentiveness and kindness. Beds were so comfortable. Room was clean and quiet. Location couldn't better for walking, dining, shopping, people watching. Property condition will be even better after all updates to the property are completed. Our only very small request would be to keep the hot tub open beyond 10pm for adults. Even 11pm would have been nice. :)

Beautiful hotel, but disappointing experience. The spa was closed without prior notice, staff wasn’t very attentive, and my room had a maintenance issue (broken toilet paper holder). Not the level of service I expected.
