Quick check in. Room was as described and clean with comfortable bed. Air con whilst a bit noisy was effective. We didn't have breakfast or eat in hotel. It is in a good location only a short walk from Earls Court underground station. We would stay here again

Good location for Albert Hall, hotel was fine.

Nice place and the restaurant staff were amazing.

The Park City Grand Plaza Kensington Hotel is less than 1km from the Natural History Museum, a few minutes' walk from either Earl's Court station or Gloucester station. We stayed in the family suite, the room was very large with a king bed, a full bed and a double sofa bed. Beds are comfortable, the room was spotlessly cleaned every morning and staffs were so friendly and helpful. There is a Thai/Malay restaurant that serves breakfast or meals in the same hotel building; however, it is operated by an independent external party. Food quality and menu options are just meh, I wouldn't recommend it. There are multiple eateries and restaurants nearby the hotel, just under 15 mins walk. And if you are not up to long walking, just 2 min walk on the left of the hotel, at the corner of Lexam Garden and Crownwell, there is an Italian restaurant, La Terrazza, that serves wonderful coffee and breakfast, lunch and dinner. In short, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay at the The Park City Grand Plaza Kensington Hotel.

Comfortable hotel

Staff very helpful and lovely room. The lift was broken, staff managed to move us from 4th to 3rd floor, this was clearly not their fault, but quite hard work for us. Location was great. The breakfast menu was very meaty, which was a shame as looked very interesting and tasty, we don’t eat meat. We would stay again.

Good location, but utterly charmless.

Nice neighborhood. walkable to several restaurants, several blocks from the Tube

Very quiet stay. Nice enough rooms. The blackout curtains were amazing. Was a close walk to the Earls Court tube station. The front desk was helpful and accommodating and addressed any concerns we had. Especially because we were traveling with as a family with teens, we were concerned about the beds being too small in the family room. Told it was two doubles, they switched it to one double and two singles at our request with no issues. We were also surprised to see that the one double bed was similar to a king size in Canada. Only real feedback would be that the room could use a paint refresh and add facecloths as there were only hand towels and bath towels and more water bottles available per day. Great stay! Would recommend.

Fabulous hotel in a really great location..10 minute walk from Earl’s Court underground and close to museums and Kensington Palace etc. There is a restaurant but never used and there is no bar/lounge but that did not hamper our enjoyment as plenty places nearby. Will stay again.
