Fantastic Really seamless and smooth check-in and check-out. Help was only a quick WhatsApp message away when it was needed. Great location, will be staying again when back in Milan.

Excellent place for short stays if you want to be in the middle of town! Very close to everything. Place was clean and offered laundry on site as well.

Nice experience overall. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay,. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and everything met expectations. I would consider staying here again. Great location . Some street construction in the area at the moment . Took taxi a bit of time to get to the place since a lot of streets are one way .

If you like a smooth, modern stay, this is it. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Duomo. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. There’s no traditional front desk, but the digital check-in and check-out via messaging worked flawlessly and made the whole process effortless.

Beautiful one bedroom apartment right in the center of the city! A few short steps to shopping, restaurants, and all of the sites are within short walking distance.

Location was ideal and the apartment was perfect for a grandmother(me) travelling with an 8 year old grandson. He was in the bedroom and I was on the sofa bed in the living room. We were relieved that the air conditioning in the apartment worked perfectly as there was a heat wave.
I could not find all the instructions for the apartment, but once I located those everything was fine.
Some of the lights did not work, but they got fixed immediately once I reported them.
One of the roller blinds in the bedroom did not work properly. The staff came a few times to try to fix it, but they were unsuccessful. Hopefully it will be fixed for the next person taking the apartment.
I would stay there again.
