Fantastic Property was nice. Valet parking is the only option, but they had your car ready to go immediately.
Nice place, close to all touristy stops downtown Seattle.
Easy to get to the Ferry’s.

Below average Very small room, lots of train noise throughout the night, only one elevator, long dark hallway, fireplace flame on all night, no place near for breakfast until 7:00.

Below average Very small room, long hallways, one elevator, lots of train noise all night fireplace that doesn’t turn off, Toilet lever had to be held down very long for it to work. Mariners game not available in the bar - just the scenic reel that ran after the World Cup game. Dated and overpriced. Surprise “resort fee” charged upon check-in. No breakfast available until 7:00.

The restaurant and the location made this a great stay! At the restaurant, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was outstanding. The location was easy for walking or driving (valet parking made it easy to go in and out as often as we wanted).

FantasticStayed with friends
This place is in a prime location and walkable to some very good spots on the waterfront. Great offerings inside.

We spent one night in an Oceanview king-size room and two nights in a double Ocean view room. Both were fantastic. Food was fantastic. Staff was accommodating and very helpful with directions and storing our bags while we went and spent two days in Victoria. We would definitely stay here again and the location is perfect for being with him walking distance to everything you need.

GoodStayed with family
Nothing special about this place except it’s been around a long time and has history. That said, it’s been around a long time.
Not a hotel for families and a bit out of the way. They charge a non-refundable $34/day “amenities” charge. There are no amenities.
The layout of our city view room was odd, and the room had an aesthetic fireplace. It reminded me a bit of an older hotel in Pigeon Forge. My son said walking in the hallways reminded him a bit of the Shining. Not sure I’d take it that far.
If I had it to do over, I would’ve booked a room in the heart of everything. The cost would likely have been less, and the stay would’ve been much more convenient. This is just a weird hotel. And expensive. With no reason to be so.
