Great

Family Suite · 3 Adults · 1 Nights

I loved this hotel for its location and overall basic decency you expect from a value hotel. Its near to almost all tourist areas in Hanoi. Their staff are very hospitable. I did regret asking them to book us a bus from Hanoi to Sapa. I specifically asked for lower cabins and bus with built-in toilet because I was travelling with senior citizens. We were placed on upper cabin and the bus had no toilet. The cabin also smelled funky and the blankets smelled unwashed. Its not worth the price. The amount we paid through the hotel for the bus was the same for a decent luxury bus you can book via Klook so dont make the same mistake we did.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Hanoi Exclusive Hotel was flawless. The property itself is excellent, but what truly sets it apart is the outstanding service. Binh’s professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for guests made all the difference. He went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi!
