Absolutely love the dinosaur 🦕 check in, very whimsical. Staff are nearby for extra help. The hotel is very close to the airport, 15min by metro. They only offer green tea in the rooms so you'll need to get coffee outside.

We were on a boat cruise in Japan and due to a Typhoon we arrived late and missed our flight and needed to find a hotel last minute close by Haneda Airport. Out of desperation we used Klook and got the Henna hotel as an option. We booked the hotel last minute and was uncertain. We caught a taxi from the cruise terminal and arrived at Henna hotel. An attendant assisted us to check-in as we could not read Japanese. The attendant was kind, professional, and helpful. I am so sorry to not get his name. The attendant then helped us to book a Taxi to Haneda Airport. We were impressed with the ease to book the hotel on the Klook app and the quality and services rendered at the Henna hotel. We would humbly like to thank the attendant and staff and you made our stressful stay in Tokyo a bit less stressful with your help and service. I would recommend anyone staying in the Haneda area needing a place to stay by the Haneda Airport to stay at Henna Hotel!

This was quite interesting. They had robots when you checked in/out and will talk in your language at the end. I liked that even though the rooms are small, they had a spot where you could lock whatever suitecase you did not need up front. They have a shuttle, but have to make sure you get there on time.

Henna Hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of both service and convenience. The self-service check-in system and the airport transfer service are just a few of the thoughtful touches that set this hotel apart. I would definitely recommend Henna Hotel to anyone looking for a seamless, hassle-free stay with a touch of innovation
