Had a great stay at JAL city haneda… The room quite spacious, clean and comfortable … The location also near the Keikyu line and has several affordable eating options and konbini… The shuttle service makes our trip smoother…

we love the JAL hotels. they’re so conveniently located for the Haneda airport; less than 10 mins by local train. the room we had was appointed with 2 double beds. typical for most Japanese hotel rooms, there’s not a lot of space but the items in the room are arranged well. it had good AC and was comfortable for 2 people. the hotel staff were wonderfully helpful and courteous. this is the west facility and had free nonalcoholic drinks from checkin time to 1am. the other facilities (east bldg) has the restaurant. we definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again. they also have a free shuttle in the mornings.

It was a very nice Hotel, and very convenience to and from HND airport. They provided shuttle bus, and this is very convenience. Room size ok, it has double bed, and room is clean.The only negative is the staff are not very friendly, they keep calling me for late check out and there will be late charge. The late charge is ok, but you don't have to keep calling. They charge you for calling a Taxi from the ride. There was no free service for guest.
