Had a wonderful stay here! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The breakfast had a good variety of choices and was enjoyable. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free stay. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again!

The staff was super nice and helpful and the location is super accessible. Close to multiple restaurants and coffee shops. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well, with a solid selection and flexible hours to visit without being too restrictive. The only thing that really holds it back are the facilities and utilities. The internet connection was next to nonexistent, the tv had a ton of issues, and the bathrooms drain was so unreliable that we spent almost an hour trying to prevent flooding. Plus, with the viewdeck being inaccessible and one of the main reasons why we booked in the first place, it was super disappointing. If they were to fix the facilities and utilities of the room, it would be a solid 10/10 stay. Right now, I'd put it at a 7.5/10

If you are planning to go on a vacay while working.. I suggest bring a back up internet. their net is not reliable though and super nastress ako sa sobrang hina 🥲Akala ko mabilis net based on the reviews pero noo mas ok na prepared. But nonetheless masarap ang food sa breakfast and ang room na nakuha namin is taal view. Lumana ang hotel but you got all the thing that you need for your stay. Location is superb

I had a great experience with The Lake Hotel Tagaytay. The staff were very helpful and polite. My room is from the newly renovated area so it gave off a very modern vibe. Everything was in order when I arrived. To top it all, I had a very nice view of the Taal Lake and Volcano from my veranda. All in all, it was a great experience.

super highly recommended ! Super bait at accommodating ng mga stuff and you fell genuine sa mga pinapakita nila sayo ! plus point tlga samin mag asawa kapag ganun yung napag stayhan namin na hotel. Super enjoy din naman ang breakfast at ganda ng view sa pool. we’ll definitely go back ! Super happy na dto kme ng stay to celebrate my birthday 🫶🏻

Had an overnight stay because I have to attend to an event in Tagaytay. Location was good, the place is near the restos. unfortunately the rooms are dated, wifi and celphone signals were nonexistent.
