• Standard check-in time is at 2:00 PM (early check-in subject to availability; book the night before for guaranteed early check-in).

• Check-out time is at 11:00 AM (late checkout is subject to availability and may incur additional charges).

• Additional guest is at Php 2,000 per night (room occupancy limits apply).

• Children 12 years old and below may stay for free when sharing existing bedding.

• Children 0 to 5 years old enjoy complimentary breakfast; children 6 to 12 years old receive 50% off the buffet breakfast rate.

• Outside food is not allowed.

• Pets are not permitted at Taal Vista Hotel.

Smoke-Free Hotel

In compliance with the law and for the general wellness of everyone, cigarette smoking, including vape or e-cigarettes, is no longer permitted in any of our guest rooms and other facilities. Evidence of violation of our smoke-free policy will result in Php 5,000.00 charge on your bill for the cleaning fee. Designated smoking areas are provided.

Data Privacy and Protection

During your stay, information will be collected about you and your preferences to provide you with the best possible service. The information will be retained to facilitate future stays at Taal Vista Hotel. The information collected will also be used for analysis purposes and to communicate news and promotions to you from the hotel.

If a guest fails to arrive on the check-in date nor cancels the reservation within the required free cancellation period, the hotel reserves the right to charge a no show fee and/or cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the payment made.
