Highly recommended hotel. Very modern, clean, comfortable and staff is service-oriented. Hotel is located between 2 malls - Gurney Plaza and Gurney Paragon. Gurney Plaza is buzzing with about 6 floors of local and international shops - everything you need. Hotel rooftop pool has panoramic views of the city, islands and mountains. Gym is also new and well-equipped. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel as it is quiet, yet close to two very nice shopping malls. Nice view from the window in our room. Room was rather spacious and clean. Friendly staff too. Will stay in this hotel again if I visit Penang again. Highly recommended.

The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Room is clean and newer than G Hotel Gurney Drive. Tired the Hi-Tea and it was great. Staffs are friendly. Will stay here again.

Had a pleasant 3 nights stay and really enjoyed the comfort! The room was cozy, clean and modern with comfortable bed. The location is very near to Gurney Plaza and Gurney Paragon- good for food and shopping. Breakfast was simple but satisfying. Rooftop view was a nice bonus too!

the area is perfect if you plan to experience the local cuisines and shop at penang's malls. a 5 min walk is able to get you to 2 of the nearby malls. :)
