Accommodating my first hotel sky spa experience and first Hokkaido visit, the hotel staff were super helpful - from a day prior to my stay offering free luggage storage and seasonal travel advice to nearby onsen, to finally onboarding me during my stay to my room and spa all the way in fluent English. Everything has been wonderful, the service, the views from my 32/F room and my night-and-day spa experience. The sky spa has multiple pools including onsen water, various water temperatures and water pressure while unfolding unbeatable views from the top of the city centre of Sapporo. You can take quiet, good rests at solo sofa seats afterwards and continue to enjoy the views especially in the morning when only overnight hotel guests can access with their spa cards. At all times, I find my spa experience uncrowded and comfortable. I just wish I had stayed one more night if not for my packed itinerary! Will definitely be back next time when I visit Hokkaido!

One of the best stays! Such a convenient location. Directly adjacent to the train station. Would be very useful when it is cold out. I was concerned about hearing trains, but could not hear them at all inside our room. Very great customer service. Everyone was all hospitable and helpful! The hotel breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had! Great variety of food and so fresh! Great views from the restaurant. The spa was also wonderful with a pressure one that massages you after a long day of walking and a hot natural springs one, plus refreshing cold plunge! I would stay here again and recommend to friends!
