Staff was a bit cold at first, though professional. Breakfast was elaborate but ran out of eggs during prime time & took about 10min to replenish instead of anticipating. Breakfast staff was lovely & very accommodating! Espresso drinks were included and there was a pretty good selection overall. The room was very small, though not the smallest in Milan! Everything was clean & worked. Elevator was very small and the guy took possession of our bags in the elevator without us upon arrival which is not a good thing to do before we even checked in. Elevator is hidden around the corner so it was uncomfortable to be separated from our valuables & passport immediately trusting someone we had never seen before. Otherwise, a good hotel with good breakfast and walkable to many places!

All I want to say is thank you for the all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. They were welcoming and helpful above and beyond what is usually offered by hotel staff. The only thing that people should be aware of is when you enter the hotel you have a number of steps to go down. There is a lift which you have to ask the reception for access.

Solo stay

The environment was serene and very clean. I was lucky to have my room upgraded and was so happy with the room. Very chick and modern, with loads of essentials and more stocked up in the room to make you feel very comfortable. You can see and feel the thoughtfulness in their actions. Also about 5 minutes drive away from the central station I had breakfast and it was good. The staff, very courteous and friendly. Would highly recommend Nothing to fault.

Reasonably priced, nice staff, lovely clean rooms with breakfast provided. Perfect for solo travelers as well. There is also a lovely coworking space.
