Fantastic

Classic Room, 1 Bedroom · 3 Adults · 4 Nights

Super helpful staff (especially Nadina), room felt new, clean and modern, well equipped and spacious for 3 adults. Kitchenette had the basics for booking (pots and pans, cutlery, tableware, dishwasher solution). Location was the only downside - it’s located up a steep 45deg slope (from the lake/city centre through queenstown gardens), which was challenging especially with luggages. Otherwise, absolutely loved it!
