The hotel was really close to the station and had a lot of places to eat at if you just walk around. The staff were also nice and easy to talk to. the only con would be that it was quite small. the space was okay but if you have 1small and 1 big luggage it might be a little bit hard to open it together.

Great location! Very near Hakata Station, Hakata Bus Terminal and even meet-up point for day tours. Hotel signage is not that visible but the Pitbull Brothers resto at the ground floor helped in locating the hotel. The resto serves good breakfast. Staff very helpful. Cleanliness can be improved though - i wish they can include regular vacuuming as dust gathers in corners. I also suggest wiping corners in the bathroom and bathroom door. Overall, i recommen this place.

Very good location, just 250m away from hakata station, lots of konbini, restaurants & coffee shops nearby, rooms a bit small but typical for japanese budget hotels, accomodating staffs
