Really nice place and good breakfast. Really can't complain. the staff was expectional to be honest. Rooms were fairly clean.

staffs are very courteous , room was quite small for three but nicely decorated nicely furnished. I wish we booked a bigger room. . the amenities is fantastic

Perfect location. The staff service is also topter. Everyone was incredibly nice and accommodating. I asked for a weighing scale, and they brought it quickly. I got a room with a balcony, and it was really pretty. The breakfast was also good, with lots of options to choose from. The only things I noticed were that the shower head felt a bit outdated, and the shower switch was hard to use since the push button wasn’t working properly. The sliding door was also a bit stiff and didn’t slide smoothly.

Beautiful hotel, staff will welcome you with delicious treats and refreshments. Just for the record there are 2 Peridot Hotel in old quarter, One is the grand luxury boutique which is more luxurious and bigger lobby while gallery classic has smaller rooms and smaller lobby. Both are very good, staff are very friendly and accommodating. Location wise you can never go wrong, near Bahn Mi 25 and other famous restaurants. Walk around the block and you’ll find plenty of places to discover service: staff members are attentive and friendly. breakfast: wide range of food choices. staff will provide takeaway meals incase you don’t have enough time to eat

We had a pleasant stay at Peridot Gallery Classic Hotel. The staff were very attentive and made sure our needs were well taken care of. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore Hanoi’s highlights on foot. The hotel interior is stylish and welcoming. Our room was a bit on the cramped side, but considering the price, it’s still a good value. We requested a double bed, but the setup was two single beds pushed together. Not a huge deal, though something to note if you’re particular about bed arrangements. Breakfast buffet was satisfying, with a nice mix of options to start the day right. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to try the rooftop bar this time—but it gives us a reason to come back. Overall, it’s a charming boutique hotel with great service, good food, and a prime location. We’d happily return on our next trip to Hanoi.

Checkin was a smooth process..hotel near eateries,mart & massage parlors.. Breakfast was nice.. Reception counter staffs were super nice.👍👍😍😍 It would be better if the mattress was not so soft..

small cozy hotel room and lobby decor is nice, small pool upstairs also and service staff is friendly

We loved our stay here! The room was a bit small but everything we need was there. Staff were friendly and nice. They clean the room daily. The foods at the buffet breakfast were all good! Will definitely stay here again.
