Very nice around the hotel, but it is too noisy by customers. And did not match with my reserved.

Solo stay · For leisure

Great area of Gangnam, shopping across the street, lot of restaurants and close to many sights to see.

Don't stay here. This is a love motel beside a bar. The area is nice but this hotel is nasty and dirty. It's cheaper to pay cash than to book through here.

Great

Stayed with family

Just wanted an economical and convenient place to stay with parking, so very good for that. Quick access by taxi to everywhere we wanted to go.

Fantastic
Very clean and comfortable. The price was reasonable per night. I would recommend staying here.

Arrived and was told that they do not have room for me because my booking is booked for the following day. There was also another guest in the same situation as me. Feeling betrayed I showed them proof of paid booking receipt. They kept denying then then blamed expedia but the other guest booked through korean booking app and he has the same problem. After 30 mins of heated conversation (standing as no room for waiting at reception) and demanding my money back, they gave me a room. Room was the worst stay. Everything was sticky, smells of cigarette, heater was not functioning, dusty shelves/desks. I felt cheated and thankgod it was only one night stay.

Great
While space is limited throughout hotel especially in rooms, to stay for a couple of nights is ok. Good location which is close to train metro. Families wanting to stay should be aware that the hotel seems to be more for a couple's staycation rather than family but the room cost is really value for money.

Good
Pretty typical Korean hotel, in my experience. Stayed here for four nights. The price was good and located almost equidistant between Apgujeong and Sinsa subway stations. However our room smelled kind of reminiscent of smoke, and at night I could definitely tell other guests were smoking in their rooms—the hallway reeked of smoke. One day when we came back, I thought someone may have been smoking in our bathroom, but it could've been the vent. The bedding looked a little old and had some stains on it, and the room was a little dusty. We asked the front desk for another large-size bath towel and they wouldn't provide one, but there were plenty of smaller-sized towels in the room. Anyway, we were mostly just looking for a place to sleep since we were out all day anyway, so this was sufficient.

The hotel has a weird scent. The hotel is very dark and the staff didn't clean my room the 5 days I stayed there I had to ask them to clean it.

Hotel hid the remote for the air-conditioning and will not allow us to use it. They said they only let the guests use it during summer time but it is already hot and we don't feel comfortable in the room! Hotel shouldn't be making decisions like that. Regardless of what the weather is the description shows that there is air-conditioning so there must be air-conditioning!
