The hotel was in a great area, but that’s where the positives end. The room (one king bed) was so tiny it felt impossible for two adults to get ready at the same time. The air conditioning didn’t seem to be working at all, and the iPad that controlled all of the room’s functions would simply keep buffering. Zero cooling or even air circulation. There was a business on the same block that was sending out trucks with construction equipment (loud BANGING supplies over and over again) all night until about 7am, both of the nights we stayed. I know this is a city hotel, but I have never heard this kind of constant night time noise pollution in Seattle. In the (teeny tiny) bathroom, the toilet seat wasn’t connected to the base and the drain cover in the shower was unattached and would fly up when water hit. Overall, we were just super unhappy with the hotel and we decided to only stay 2 of our planned 5 days. The hotel was extremely unhelpful and wouldn’t refund any of our stay- their prerogative of course, but it seemed like the decent thing to do. Not a pleasant stay and with so many other hotels in the area, I don’t know why anyone would choose this place.

Good
Room was not what I expected. Very much set up like a modern college dorm and the shower/toilet area was very tight and joined in a prefab model. The room just felt like a box albeit clean wasn't my cup of tea. Iron was shared and down the hall but have to say it was quite impressive.

Solo stay

This hotel is convenient and it’s only a short walk to Westlake 1 Line or the nearby streetcar if that is your preference. Staff are great here.

Very small and compact rooms. Parking is basically left to the customer. No complimentary breakfast. I- pad is used for basic room functions and power went out multiple times during stay.

The room was remarkable, very tech, but too small for two people. If it were just me it would have been fine but my wife was claustrophobic. I quipped to the staff that the room reminded me of the prison cells on Andor: functional, immaculate, but extremely small. At least I didn’t get electrocuted when I stepped into the hall
