Stayed with friends

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Suggested great restaurants for dinner and helped us buy our train tickets to Florence. Very disappointed that there wasn’t a food option when we arrived at 2 PM. Otherwise, this stay was great.

I’ve stayed at Hyatt properties in many places in Europe and Asia and never had any issues with theft. This property was a disappointment in how they handled the situation. A new bottle of Jo Malone perfume was stolen; I provided proof of purchase for this and the staff basically did nothing. No compensation, barely a “sorry “ and upon check out, di nothing to compensate me for the theft. Very disappointing indeed 😞

The hotel is well laid out and our room was clean and spacious. Food was very good and staff very attentive. The roof top bar was a nice place for a night cap. You will need an Uber for getting to most sites like the Duomo, or the Last Super unless you don’t mind a 1.5 mile walk. Over all a nice place.
