Room was smaller than expected, we had to ask for them to remove the sofa chair located in the room to have space for our luggage. Not sure if all floors are like this but there was a shared space for items like the iron so there was times where we had to wait for our turn to use etc. Also, bedsheets were not changed during our 4 night stay even when we asked for them to be changed. Great location but overall stay was ok for the price

Let me start by saying the staff here is great, very friendly and warm. That said, the property unfortunately needs a lot of love. It’s not just that “it’s Rome” or “it’s old”. That doesn’t bother me. It’s the black mold in the shower, the flicked boogers on the bathroom wall, the backed up shower drain and the layers of dust on the decorative surfaces in the room that were… unsettling to say that least. Especially when paying the rates this hotel goes for. I chose this location because I like staying in this area when I visit Rome. That said, if you don’t know, Rome is loud. It’s part of the experience, but this hotel sits on a corner, so you get sound from three sides at all hours and the double shudders do absolutely nothing to help, so bring ear plugs or a white noise machine if you need. I like finding my “go to” spots, unfortunately this place won’t be one for me.

We booked a deluxe room but this was not what we were allocated, certainly our room did not appear as shown in the pictures. In the description of the property it states there is a terrace, bar and lounge but these do not exist. We booked on a bed and breakfast basis but were not aware that the breakfast was served at a separate location which was a 5 minute walk away. However the continental breakfast served there was of a good standard and the staff lovely. They worked hard to ensure everyone was served promptly. Despite being disappointed with our room it was very clean and the towels were changed everyday. Sergey on the desk was a lovely guy and very helpful. We ordered a taxi via the accommodation from the airport at a cost of €90 for four of us only to find that the charge on the return in a metered taxi was only €55 so would not recommend booking via the accommodation. The prices are clearly marked on the sides of metered taxis. The property is located in a great area with lots of shops, bars and restaurants.

Fantastic

Solo stay

No amenities, but a great place to sleep while you recharge to explore the city. Amazing food in this area that locals frequent so you know it's authentic. Very much liked this place and wasn't too pricey. Lots of shops nearby, wifi wasn't great but not a big deal
