Honestly if you are looking for a hotel just to sleep in, this is the place. Water pressure was good though I wished there was a hand held shower. Do note toothbrush and toothpaste aren't provided. so you gotta bring your own. This room has a mini bar fridge too. Staff were friendly.

the staff are very accommodating and hospitable. There is ease of access to malls and great food stalls and restaurants. we were able to enjoy free upgrade, too. the place was very worth the price without compromising quality. Would definitely book this hotel again if I ever get back to Malaysia.

service: They have the best staff very accommodating and friendly cleanliness: very clean you can request them to clean your room transport access: very near nu sentral mall where you can ride a MRT or Monorail to travel around kuala lumpur

the location is exactly where we want to be. its very close to nu sentral mall and mrt. we had issues with the room on our arrival (aircon not cooling), but we were given a new one. staff were very helpful.
