Brand new hotel and is really lovely. Just some points to add. The kitchen is a show cooking so you see everything. At breakfast the female chef had long hair and whilst cooking she was constantly touching it to move it out of her eyes and then continuing to cook, not good. Should have in a bun, in a hat or in a net. The ironing board is a tiny desktop one, where should it be placed to iron? No safe in the room. Ground floor and London made me very nervous leaving valuables in our room.

The hotel was lovely and refurbished and the staff were so welcoming and really friendly and genuinely cared for you and your needs. 10/10 will stay here again!

Our stay at Hotel Indigo K West was superb from start to finish. Every member of staff was a credit to the hotel—friendly, welcoming, and attentive, with excellent attention to detail throughout our stay. What really stood out was the personal service. The staff made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived, and they even remembered our onward travel plans when checking out. These thoughtful touches made us feel valued and added a level of hospitality that is becoming increasingly rare. The rooms were stylish, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed, with great attention to detail throughout. We were particularly impressed by the accessibility features, which were well considered and integrated seamlessly into the room design without compromising on comfort or style. We had lunch at the Flock restaurant within the hotel, which was also excellent. The wood-fired pizzas were of a very high quality and the bar/restaurant area had a wonderful atmosphere, with great music that created a calm, relaxing, and welcoming environment. Overall, the combination of exceptional service, comfortable and well-designed accommodation, excellent food, and a relaxed atmosphere made for a fantastic stay. We would not hesitate to return and would highly recommend Hotel Indigo K West to anyone visiting London.

The staff was so kind and professional the moment I steeped into the lobby. Throughout my stay there I had different staff members contact me and ask if they could help my stay get even better. The room was clean and modern. Thank you IHG Ridgeway!

Beautiful new hotel, usually stay at the Hoxton in Shepards Bush but will be staying here from now on. Rooms are lovely & staff were great. The only thing lacking was hooks in the bathroom for wet towels

Wonderful staff. Had a water leak in my room and they had to move me to a different room . They made it as painless as possible

This hotel was absolutely lovely. Very central- right next to Shepherd’s Bush underground, it took about 15-20 mins if that to get to Piccadilly circus. The hotel itself is set back in a very lovely quiet area. 5 min walk to a very luxurious shopping mall. The hotel has absolutely gorgeous decor and feels so modern and yet very cosy- the comfiest nights sleep I have had in a hotel! The staff were all so friendly and could not have been kinder. We didn’t eat there at all but it was a great base to explore London. I’m really looking forward to the swimming pool being open- I’m not one to go back to the same place twice but this was so ideal and at a very good price that I can’t not come back!
