This was the second time we stayed in this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing we didn't like is that they still use physical keys that you have to surrender everytime you go out.The staff are helpful and friendly. It is located near Odori Park and Susukino area. There are 2 Family Marts nearby also the train stations and the bus going back to the airport is just within walking distance as well. All in all we had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back again.

Location - really good! Near Odori Station (Exits 2 and 11) and the shopping street. 2 Family Marts near the hotel.
Staff - very nice and helpful. We’re able to check in smoothly. And they help us with the bus schedule and rules.
Cleanliness - hotel’s common spaces are clean (lobby, elevators and corridors). They don’t do everyday room cleaning service but they do change the pajamas and towels everyday. In our 7-night stay, they only cleaned the room 1 time.
Some of the spaces and the room look outdated. Nonetheless, our overall experience was good.

Room is adequate, with plenty of space for luggage. No cleaning services was selected during stay however towels and supplies were replenished daily. Internet is good. Located near bus station and several conveniece stores. Very close to shoping district.

Hotel staff were able to communicate with me in English. Location is great and accessible, very short walk from Odori station and some eateries nearby, the hotel also provided a discount with minimum expenses at some restaurants nearby. The room is clean with essential amenities. Although the furniture in the room is old, it is still functional and clean. PJs are provided

it’s a great location centrally located super easy to get to - staff is friendly - it’s an old building so don’t expect up to date keys etc but it’s a good place for the price and I work go again.
