Stayed with kids

We booked two rooms. Neither had working air conditioning. We also did not have hot water. So you had to o shower cold. They offered one fan. Which did nothing and the second room had nothing.

The door staff at the entrance to the hotel were always polite, unfortunately this wasn't always the case with the desk staff on the night shift. We booked 1 early wake up on final day and it was 25 minutes late with no apology. The breakfast was good and the team working the breakfast shift were always quick and helpful. The toilet in our room did not flush correctly which we reported on the first evening but it was not fixed during our stay.

Room was very clean and comfortable, however the suite we booked said it had a terrace, assuming it had a sitting area. It was nothing more than a sliding door with a railing. The staff was fairly friendly. The breakfast was pretty terrible, so much that we never went back after the first day. Great location, lots of amazing coffee shops and rooftop bars near by.
