Really good stay again - very accessible - lovely staff

We booked a double room but were given a disabled twin room instead. Not ideal but as we were only there one night, made do!

Good sized room and impressive wet room style bathroom. Took a while to figure out the light switches but we were very grateful for the air conditioning on one of the hottest weekends in London I've experienced so far. Didn't interact with the staff beyond checking in, but they were lovely. Unfortunately there was a loud whirring sound that emanated from our plumbing for approximately 90 seconds whenever the tap was run or the toilet was flushed so this was difficult and interrupted sleep. Perfect location for our needs, between three theatres, and ideally suited for Borough Market and the Old Operating Theatre. Literally a few feet from the Tube so really handy, and more or less opposite and Sainsbury's local. Could not get the TV to connect to my phone for want of trying!

I had a family room on the 13th floor. Overall I was quite surprised how old and tatty the room was compared to the reception. Its as if the budget was spent on the reception and bar area rather than the rooms. The bathroom is like a pod and you cant open and shut the door without banging so I found this woke us up throughout the night. The next day my daughter woke to find her bed covered in Ants. She had bites all over including her face. I spoke with a female manager the next morning and was told firstly she could not move us. After persisting she then said she could move us but we would have to do it there and then. I could not move all our unpacked belongings as my daughter was graduating and we were already late. I asked if we could sleep in another room as they would not get rid of ants in 1 day so surely wouldnt be able to release that room anyhow. I was told no so I had no choice but to leave otherwise my daughter would miss her graduation. The female manager was extremely rude. I also used a wiped to show her the state of the floor as black. Didn't seem bothered I was told it would be mopped. When we returned the room had not been mopped but I received a letter to goto reception with free drinks attached. Man I spoke yo was extremely pleasant and tried to help with another room but this had an adjoining door which my disabled son could not cope with. Infact this was put on the notes of the booking when booked offered no alternative.

Excelente ubicacion!! hbaitaciones comodas, un poco pequeño el baño pero funcional, el desayuno regular, sin embargo la ubicacion y comodidad son lo mejor de esta estancia!!

Room was clean and well air conditioned, which is a plus for London. Staff was very friendly and pleasant.

Good location and lovely breakfast that didn't break the bank.

Fantastic location for the tube & train station. Perfect for a trip to Wembley stadium. Lovely choice for breakfast, everything was topped up definitely value for money

breakfast was varied and great. supper menu is ok but lots of restaurant nearby. great location, near tube and bus stations, and 15-30 min walk of most London main attractions. lobby, lounge and rooms are modern and very clean. Even watched a couple of the FIFA games in the lounge on big TVs. Highly recommended, like all my other ibis stays in Europe.
