Fantastic Fabulous village was amazing! We rented this hotel to try out something different and it was an awesome experience for the whole family. Place is like a 5 star resort with all sorts of activities and fun. My 5 and 11 year old had a Fabulous time like the name.

Below average Immediately after checking in, I experienced numerous serious problems, including:
* No functional air conditioning in either bedroom. The only cooling unit was located in the kitchen/living area and did not cool the bedrooms. The bedroom temperatures reached approximately 32°C (90°F), making the rooms unsuitable for sleeping.
* The accommodations were dirty, including an ant infestation throughout the unit.
* The property was misrepresented. It was marketed through Expedia as a hotel stay, but it was actually a sprawling bungalow complex with the reception located approximately a 30-minute walk from our unit, making it extremely difficult to obtain assistance.
* Serious safety concerns. During our stay, my daughter and I were followed by two men, and I was physically touched by them. There was no visible security available to assist. Because of this incident, I informed Expedia that I believed it was unsafe to remain at the property and that I needed to leave immediately.
Don’t book this place!!!!!

Below average Food:
There was street food (kiosks/van) available from 6pm till 11pm. The smash burgers were not very good- dry tasting. We decided to try hotdogs from their grill but after waiting 45mins were told they had burgers on the grill and there was no space for our hotdogs which were ordered and paid for already. Since they said a refund was impossible we have to.give up and count that as a loss. On the opposide side of the smash burger van, the service was much better. They also offered hotdogs which were dleivered within 5 minutes. I noticed the pizza kiosk had a high turnover as well.
I would suggest avoid the smash burger grill as a result. Nona Rosa offered dine in and takeout services. Other than a long wait to be seated, the experience was ok.
Room:
We had the 3 room lodge. I think the lodges are all the same si,e which meant the rooms are smaller in these lodges. The single toilet room was small while the shower room as ok sized and separate from the toilet. On the first night, we had no hotwater at all. Reception was not very helpful who directed us to the security whi admitted he was not a plumber. So bathing the kids was a task the first night. The plumber did come the next morning and thought the problem was the calcium buildup and changed the shower hrad. For the whole trip, adjusting the hot water proved tricky.
The lodge had good airconditioning which combatted the intense heat well.
The tour office staff were helpful and friendly. Reception staff were not.

FantasticStayed with kids
Cute 3 bedroom cabin with kitchen and bathroom. Nice fenced in deck to sit outside with table. Good for small children and pets so they can’t get out. Quiet. Close to airport. We did not get to use the facilities since we arrived late and left early in the morning. Will stay again if in the area. The bed was very comfortable.

FantasticStayed with kids
We had a very pleasant stay! Although the cabin is small, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was clean, cozy, and well-equipped.
The campsite has a restaurant and a convenience store on site, which was very convenient. We didn’t have a chance to use the swimming pools because we spent most of our time exploring Rome, but they looked nice.
The bus stop is just a short walk away, making it easy to get into the city. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help whenever we had questions.
Overall, it was a great place to stay and a good base for visiting Rome.

FantasticStayed with kids
After a rocky start to stay with a room with broken aircon and having to be stubborn to get moved room during a heatwave… the overall holiday was great.
Plenty of food options, the market and food vendors are reasonably priced (not the cheapest, but cheaper than you’d expect)
Good sized accommodation. Kids loved the pool area.
Would 100% return.
