One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in Japan! The staff were very accommodating, welcoming, and hospitable. You can truly feel the warmth of Japanese culture and their genuine care for tourists. The service was excellent, and we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommended! 🇯🇵❤️ A truly wonderful Japanese hospitality experience!

Me and my family loved our stay here! Room was clean and spacious enough for us, had complete amenities, and they even have pajama sets. Their staff were very hospitable and kind as well so that’s a big plus. Location is very good too because it’s right next to Toyocho station (Exit 5, iirc) and there’s Lawson and Mcdo nearby. Also, super grateful to them because they made a birthday note for me and even gave me a gift, very thoughtful!

We stayed in a quad room with a bunk bed as a family of 4 adults. Just a heads-up, the room is small for 4 grown-ups. We managed to fit 4 medium suitcases, but we could only open one at a time. Even with the tight space, we'd honestly stay here again because the value is good. Room rates were budget-friendly. Checking in and out was an absolute breeze. Just a short walk to Toyocho station. Lots of spots nearby like McDonald's Matsuya, Yoshinoya, and Daiso. Breakfast at Pronto was filling with a few set meals to choose from. Staff were attentive and quick to help us out.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. The location was also very convenient, close to public transportation, restaurants, and popular attractions. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming. What stood out most was the excellent customer service and attention to detail. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and stress-free. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip.

if one can take a challenge to find even a inch of an issue at this hotel as a tourist will memorably become a fan I believe. what a cannot hotel for sure. awwwsome stay and economical. u sud also take into consideration that u r not going to be be in the room and raom around ( jsut for the size of the room if u think its small. ) amazing stay- will always stay at Sotetsu chains for sure. highly recommend.

Room was spotless and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay they even had a straightener&curler! which is a plus points for me. Location is perfect few steps from subway Tozai line.

The staff are very accommodating! They also have efficient ways to communicate with a device that translates in the front desk. The manager helped us book our luggage delivery to another hotel when we traveled to Osaka.

very nice location. close to lawson, family mart and 711. toyocho station is walkable as well. spacious enough for 2 people
