Was a low quality place. Elevator wait was always 1min+ and the hallways were disgusting. Rooms were small and reminded me of the early 2000’s. Area surrounding the hotel was terrible; filled with busy roads and dangerous people. Would not recommend this hotel unless you want to be a few feet away from an express subway stop. Not good at all otherwise

Terrible customer service. Our room was “unavailable” at check in and we were told they booked us a room a “5-10 minute walk away”. It was only after I raised a problem with my son and I walking our luggage through town that he said they would pay for a cab, which ended up being. 20 minute ride, in ab area we did not want to be in, and would have been more like a 25 minute walk. At this point I did get angry and told them this was terrible customer service. He was rude and said he wasn’t going to argue with me, he did not have a room for me. Except my husband called 5 minutes later to inquire about a room and they had availability. This hotel chain is a a scam and their workers have no training in dealing with the public.

Good
It was an okay stay. The room was spacious and clean however, the water had black soot coming out of it. I should've been refunded, at least partially, but didn't. I alerted the front desk, hopefully it gets resolved before the next guest.

Spacious room and desk people were very helpful. I had to take 2 hours of zoom meeting at the business room and i was allowed to stay there after the checkout! Thank you so much. This was so helpful!!
