I knew I was going to check-in after 10p after the BTS concert and had difficulty contacting the hotel, but klook rep assisted me in contacting on my behalf and thank goodness because the taxi situation was so bad I couldn't check-in until after 3a! the hotel left my key and amenities pouch at the front desk so it was easy. since I checked in so late I couldn't properly take advantage of the room or the provided breakfast, but would stay there again
