Service was very friendly and helpful. The upgrade was appreciated and the fact that I could checkin earlier after a long flight. Location is great close to a bakery in what seems like a good neighborhood. Bed was comfortable , heater in the bathroom was great Z soap, conditioner and shampoo provided. Maybe the only thing I would change is not charge extra for laundry as it’s off putting.

Great one bed apartment with plenty of room and excellent facilities. Staff were super helpful. Walk into the centre was around 25 mins. Supermarket nearby as well as a few restaurants & cafes.

Amazing accomodation. Best we had in NZ during our 2 weeks travelling the South Island.
The bed was so comfortable!
The surrounding area is excellent with plenty of good eating places and a lovely walk into Christchurch.
