Truely smoke-free accommodation. Many other hotels in the same area are never far away from cigarette fumes wafting into your room, but Vespahouse was a fume-free lillte sanctuary with decent facilities. It's a self-checkin but my messages to the hotel account were replied promptly. Clean and comfortable, happy to book again.

Great location near Termini Station, making it easy to reach the city's attractions and the airport. The room was very clean, and the self-check-in process was simple thanks to the clear instructions provided. Although there was some street noise because of the central location, it was manageable. room and bathroom were clean and had all the basic amenities. close proximity to the train station is a big plus. the only negative was the foul smell of trash bags that welcomes you as you enter the main building. no smell in the room itself.

Roma Vespahouse was convenient to Termini Station. The staff (not on-site, but virtual) provided very clear access instructions prior to arrival making arrival seamless. Room was small, but clean and sufficient for my needs while making a quick stop in Rome before going on to my final destination. Very affordable.

It was a short east - 25 min walk to the coliseum and the Trevi fountain, minutes to the train station. Great location!

It was a challenge to get inside the building because wifi was not working on our phone so we couldn't access the instructions we'd been sent. We called the number provided for assistance and were just told repeatedly to follow the instructions that they'd sent, even though we explained that it was impossible at the moment. We gave our reservation number and asked if, under the circumstances, they could just tell us the code to enter the building, and were told "no". We only got inside the building due to a stranger letting us inside when he entered. On the plus side, the location of the room was convenient to walk to from the train terminal. Not a great area, but safe enough in the daylight. The instructions were convoluted to enter the hallway door into the smaller hallway, as well as to enter our room. Two other people staying there shared how frustrated they were with the complicated process as well. The room was basic and OK except the shower caulking was moldy. The air conditioning helped some, but didn't bring the temperature down to a truly comfortable temperature for sleeping. We were happy to be only staying one night.

If all you’re looking for is a room to sleep in with clean towels that are changed every day comfortable bad and and a refrigerator and kettle … This is the place for you. It was perfect for us to tour the sites of Rome. Note there are not staff on site to provide any extras.

The room met expectations for cleanliness however the bathroom was quite tight. A bigger person would find it next to impossible to navigate.

Convenient location to railway station and sites. Instructions and access through the App worked fine. The location/ entrance had a bit of grunge vibe, but once inside it was a comfortable stay at an affordable price
