close to subway, konbini, many restaurants and just a step to ameyoko market. coffe, tea, ice cube, amenities and pyjamas for free. For guest more convinient please make up room everyday.

Pros: * good location if you want to be near Ameyoko market * Familymart just down the street * They do luggage forwarding with Sagawa express * They can hold luggage * Amenity bar and coffee machine in the lobby * Their AC has a humidity setting (really good if you travel during August and September) * The receptionists are really nice and do their best and the other workers too * Good space for luggage under the bed Cons: * During my stay there the front door was broken * At night time even though you’re close to Ameyoko Market there can be some hoodlums late at night out and about * It’s in proximity of a hospital so you might hear ambulances (if you’re a heavy sleeper this doesn’t matter) * Only one elevator

Our family of three had a 4-night stay. The check-in process was incredibly quick, smooth, and entirely hassle-free after our long journey. The location is unbeatable. It is situated just a short walk from Ueno Station, making transit around Tokyo incredibly easy. Plus, it sits just a block away from a vibrant mix of traditional izakayas, shopping spots, and endless food options. It made exploring the area with a family incredibly convenient and fun. The hotel is exceptionally thoughtful with its amenities. They provide everything you could possibly need, including hairbrushes, toothpaste, and a great selection of teas. Above all, the staff truly made our stay memorable. Everyone was remarkably friendly, welcoming, and genuinely accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!

A perfect 5 for me. Very good location. Accessible to the main train station at Ueno. Peaceful neighborhood. It is just steps away from the Ueno Market. The staffs were very nice. The room is a bit small though, but you get your money’s worth! Room’s very clean.

This was one of our favorite hotels during our Japan trip. It’s clean, cozy, and in a perfect location near Ueno Station and plenty of food options. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were always helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book Hop Inn Ueno again for our future visits.

We had a wonderful stay at Hop Inn Ueno! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to Ueno Station, restaurants, convenience stores, and Ameyoko. The hotel is clean, modern, and very comfortable.
