The check-in process was highly unsatisfactory. We strongly advise against making reservations through Klook. We believe we should have received a pass code and room number, but no such information was provided. The room itself, however, was excellent, clean, and its facilities were in good condition.

The facility is great the atmosphere is superb, I can not say anything that’s nice about the property itself. The property is around 500 meters away from Nikko Town proper it’s a walkable distance.
