nice and very friendly employee.i think its run by family .we got lots of help with booking the tour and laundry.veeu recommended.

Stayed here mainly for the location and budget friendly, which was super convenient—but what really stood out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. They made the whole experience feel warm and personal.

A very good location, its in the center of Old Quarters, where all the must visit restaurants and food spots are walkable from the hotel. The place is decent and comfortable. Their food for breakfast is delicious too! I recommend this place, cheap and reliable. The staffs are accomodating also and can speak good in english.

We had a wonderful stay at The Cosy Inn Hanoi Hotel! The location is perfect and right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it very accessible to restaurants, shops, and popular tourist spots. The receptionists and staff (just forgot to ask for their names) were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and provided superb service throughout our stay. We especially appreciated how they went above and beyond even after we checked out. They kindly allowed us to leave our luggage and stay in the lobby while waiting for our sleeper bus pickup. What truly stood out was their initiative to contact HK Bus Line on our behalf when the pickup was delayed and the company wasn’t responding to us. It gave us so much peace of mind and showed how much they genuinely care about their guests. Kudos to the amazing team! We will definitely book here again when we return to Hanoi and will gladly recommend it to our friends visiting the city.

Cosy Inn Hotel has a great location right in the Old Quarter of Hanoi, with Beer Street just outside at night. It’s also very convenient—walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake, Michelin-star restaurants, cafes, and Train Street. The rooms are small but very clean and modern, which made our stay comfortable. We stayed on the 7th floor, while the restaurant is on the 8th floor, so mornings can get a bit noisy as you can hear kitchen utensils and movement above. Overall, despite the size, it’s a good value for money given the location, cleanliness, and accessibility to key spots in Hanoi.

The receptionist is very helpful, accommodating and friendly. Location is closed to the tourist spots by foot. Good value for money. Breakfast is superb and able to order what's in the menu. Room is very clean that comes with complete toiletries. Thank you! My friends tho, they are not booked in the hotel we're accommodated beyond what is expected.

When we arrived last March25 2AM, there is staff waiting for us to checkin. Staff is very responsive they even offered us a service pickup from the airport. Thank you for upgrading our room, we booked a small room with a window instead they gave us 1 queen size with 1 single bed room. The room is quite spacious and clean, every day the cleaner replaces the towel, refill our complimentary water, coffee and cleaned our beddings. About the food, it includes on our booking and the food is nice. We love the Pho' Chicken and toasted bread hehe. They have a cute elevator tho which I really liked it. Thank u I am fit in your elevator heheheh. I recommend this hotel, the location is in alley that has a lot of food resto and stores to buy pasalubongs. Vietnam emptied my pocket, I bought a lot of jackets hehehe. Thank you Cosy Inn, we enjoyed our stay. Til we meet again.

Location is very accessible. you can just walk to some of the tourist spots and a lot of restos and spas around. Despite the night life, it will not disturv your sleep. They are very accommodating and will help you with everything from best restos to your grab bookings. And for their breakfast, it was superb.

Great location, close to main attractions and restaurants.
