Everything was perfect. The room was beautifully presented and clean, food was amazing and the staff were the best hotel staff we have ever encountered. We felt very welcomed and nothing was too much trouble. The resort was spectacular, incredible location and every facility to make our stay a truly memorable occasion.

Love everything about this JW Marriott Jeju. From the front desk staff, restaurants, facilities, to our room, everything was well thought out and of 6 Star quality. The staff here were excellent, professional and well trained. They took well care of us from check in to check out.
This is not something I normally write reviews about, but the food selection and quality in their restaurants were excellent. Everything was best quality and perfectly done.
This is the most beautiful JW Marriott site I have ever seen. We will be back for sure.

The property is magnificent. It’s beautifully designed and maintained. The theme is tranquility and restfulness I think. Unfortunately the property was overrun by families with small children. While children are very cute , we did not sign up for a family resort. The dining room was short staffed. They didn’t provide 5 star service you’d expect. Hotel is beautiful but need to improve on services.

There wasn't anything terribly wrong with the hotel but at the same time, given the cost, you would expect something more. Everything was a bit "off" and not what you would expect. Difficulties include 1) hard to navigate around the property. It is not very big but still very difficult to navigate. 2) it was claimed to be a suite with ocean view but most of the view was towards a run-down resort and not-well maintained "garden." 3) not sure what the intent of including brunch that starts at 10:30 in the package when you need to check out by 11 or so. 4) parking feels like you are parking in storage or something. 5) choices during the buffet is somewhat limited.
Overall, nothing rude from the staff, nothing specially dirty, etc. but given the very high cost of the rooms, one would expect a lot more. Some parts of the property is still not open (April 2024) and unfortunately, that was not made clear during reservation.

Fantastic Most luxurious hotel on Jeju. They’ve spared no expense. Champagne and caviar brunches and signature dishes. From check in to check out and everything in-between, it doesn’t get better than this for a hotel experience. We’ll be back soon.

The staff and the property itself has made this the most memorable trip I have had by far. At check-in, David was phenomenal and got us a room upgrade, gave us a call when the room was ready, and gave us a tour of the property and the room.
For dinner, we were interested in learning more about Yeoumul and Liz was more than happy to give us the backstory of the name and walked us through the menu. We were unable to dine at the restaurant as it was fully booked, but she genuinely tried to see if there were any cancellations throughout the evening in order to fit us in.
For Breakfast and Brunch, Sally and Miji celebrated my birthday with a dessert and song. Not once, but twice! Once for breakfast and another time when they saw me again for brunch. Jayce also helped out during service and was attentive and helpful throughout.
The hospitality that we experienced during our one day stay was above and beyond what I expected - even for a JW Marriott. I will always remember how special the staff made me feel during my time at the property. When I return to Jeju, this is definitely my first stop and first choice.
