I used to stay in their sister hotel nearer to tokyo stn. however this time round i tried the color hotel as it seems good from what people had reviewed. room was cleaned. will come back again cleanliness: good hotel location:good

Room 21sqm. Honestly, its kind small for 3pax but is fine as we only open up 2 medium size luggages. The bathroom was seperated from toilet and also basin. All was good, especially there breakfast variety consider quite good as a budget hotel. They had evening buffet for guest till 10pm. You can expect nuggets, cream puffs and small cakes. The only neh was the mattress was kinda on abit soft side but not a thick mattress and the pillow is small and flat. Lastly, the staffs are really friendly and helpful especially to help us to get yamato courier our luggages to airport hotel. the cost is expensive but oh well. Anyway try avoid courier cabin luggage as the price is not much from courier a medium size.

The hotel was nice and clean. The location is also near almost everything, Tokyo Station and Ginza.

Very close location to Tokyo Station, just five minutes or so walking. Freidnly, English-speaking staff and updated rooms that are bright and colorful. The lounge on floor two with free drinks and snacks is a nice bonus as well.

Friendly, English-speaking staff and bright colors throughout this newer-built hotel. Love the lounge on level two, where you have free snacks and drinks, and the fact that you get a free pour of sake upon arrival. Rooms are decently sized, and the toilets and shower facilities are top-notch. Be aware, the first floor check in area can get quite crowded and noisy very quickly, especially around check-out time in the morning.

Friendly, English-speaking staff at the 1st floor lobby quickly checked in. The room was (true to the hotel name) colorful, and everything seemed very new. The lounge with free desserts, drinks, and snacks on level 2 was definitely a bonus.

hotel is clean and quite new. nice place to stay and is convenient too. near to a few train stations

It’s about 10mins walk to the nearest metro station. Room is clean and house keeping cleans up the room everyday. Hotel provides pyjamas and slippers so it’s convenient that we don’t have to bring sleepwear. we booked the room with 2 king bed and 4 of us with 4 luggage fits nicely. smoking room is located on the 2nd floor where it’s also a leisure area where they provide free drinks and snacks. 2nd floor also has a soju vending machine. Lawson (convenient store) is just located 2 doors away so it’s very convenient for quick bites and coffee. They do provide early check in from 12noon onwards for a small fee, we emailed in early to request for it and we were able to check in once we arrive at the hotel. The entrance is by the main road but google map sent us to the back alley which we had to make a detour so be sure to check the google map in advance to prevent the additional walk about. Izakayas are located nearby (3mins) away and are friendly to tourists.

hotel has good location. Nice lounge area too. Staff is friendly. However room is small

the second room type i booked, the comfort wide twin room, has more space than the triple room. Washing machine in the room is a good amenity!
