Very close with Tokyo station, 15 mins walk going to Ginza..Highly recommended..will book here again..Clean and nice staff..Breakfast buffet is good..

quite clean and breakfast is food, good service from hotel staff, nice onsen! but location slightly not that favourable cuz need to walk outside while strong wind and rain, not that convenient. about 5mins to Tokyo station.

First of all, book directly with the hotel. The hotel's rate is better. The staff was super friendly and polite. The hotel is equipped with various pillow types for your best sleep. You will also find daily toiletries by the lobby. There are welcome drinks hour from 4-9pm where you can try different Japanese alcohols for free. This was the best. Breakfast is 1800 yen per person, and the quality and variety of food offered is mediocre and price appropriate. Onsen was quite small, with 2 baths and 9 washing stations. Women onsen was very crowded around 9-10pm on weeknight. We had to wait for a stall to be freed up. The room was small, and the mattress was sunk in the center but very clean. Every morning, they let out their robodog to greet the guest. My kids loved it. The best part about this hotel is location. You can walk underground from Tokyo station to the hotel which made walking with carryon super easy in hot weather.

Excellent staff service. Love the daily free drinks at the lobby bar. Would appreciate if hotel can provide more varieties of snacks though (for example, Bridge Hotel in Osaka Shinsaibashi provides free flow of Udon noodles besides free drinks for supper). The environment and rooms are very new and clean. Inadequate temporary storage area for luggages make the lobby looks clamped and cluttered. Overall, I’ve enjoyed the hotel, especially I’m impressed with the excellent staff service.
